The NSN listed below is being considered for addition to contract SPE7MX-22-D-0010. It is anticipated that this NSN will be added to an existing contract. The total contract duration shall not exceed 5 years. L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (CAGE 14304) and/or Harris Global Communications, Inc. (CAGE 7QAK7) are the sole approved source(s) for all of the items proposed for addition. The contract’s scope is: “In addition to the NSNs listed in the NSN Listing attachment, the scope of this acquisition includes all DLA and DoD managed NSNs for which L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (CAGE 14304) and/or Harris Global Communications, Inc. (CAGE 7QAK7) are the sole approved source(s). NSNs within the scope may be added to this initiative or any resulting contract at a later date. The solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L27, Addition and Deletion of Items, to facilitate the addition of any future NSNs.” Contract SPE7MX-22-D-0010 also notes: “In addition to the NSNs listed in the NSN Listing attachment, the scope of this acquisition includes all DLA and DoD managed NSNs for which L3Harris Technologies, Inc.
