The subject requirement is for the acquisition on three (3) NSNs. The NSNs: 4330-014586214, (Fluid Filter Element), 4330-014586242 (Fluid Filter Element), and 6665-014622251 (Carbon Monoxide Indicator), are being bought in accordance with code and part numbers of the approved source: Lawrence Factor, Inc., Cage: 0R763, with part numbers: X53248, X53678, and GG-192453, respectively. An Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a three-year base period and two (2) one-year option periods is anticipated. Options to be exercised at the discretion of the government. The total duration of the base period plus option periods shall not exceed five (5) years. Solicitation will be under FAR part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Items may ship to various stock depots of CONUS locations. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the solicitation. Freight on Board (FOB) origin is required (in accordance with the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program). Packaging and Inspection and Acceptance points will be listed on the solicitation. The acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
