The proposed procurement is for five NSNs: 5945-00-799-8484, 5945-00-904-3461, 5945-01-190-7323, and 5945-01-213-8358 (all with the item name Relay, Electromagnet). It will be a FAR 15 procurement that is Unrestricted (CLIN 0002) with Small Business Reserves (CLINS 0001, 0003, 0004) for code and part numbered items. Unit of issue is Each (EA). Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. This proposed procurement is for a three-year base period and two options. Items are for stock and will be shipped to DLA stocking locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about September 17, 2021. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation.
