The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a threeyear base and two separately priced one-year option periods for a potential total of 5 years. The total contract value is not to exceed $1,618,080.00.This requirement is for DLA stock support in the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of solicitation there is one (1) NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime. DLA Land and Maritime intends on issuing request for proposal SPE7MX21R0172 for the following material being procured in accordance with the below listed approved source/part number: 4730-01-552-6975 Item Description: PIPE,SECTION PUMP APPROVED SOURCE/PART NUMBER: HIGHLAND ENGINEERING, INC. 0AK83 P/N 701-20190937 Unit of Issue: EA Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ):6 Various Increments Solicited: FROM: 1 ea TO: 8 ea FROM: 9 ea TO: 14 ea FROM: 15 ea TO: 19 ea Destination Information: Various DLA Stocking Locations using FOB Origin / I&A destination Government Required Delivery on Any Quantity: 138 days (or less, at no additional cost to the Government) One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
