The level of security clearance and document safeguarding/storage facility clearance needed is “Secret”. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of one (1) NSN for Electronic Aircraft Part. The major FSC of this requirement is: 5998. The Government is pursuing a long-term, Indefinite Quantity Contract with firm fixed pricing for the duration of three (3) year base periods with one (1) one-year option periods for a potential total of four (4) years, that will provide DLA Direct (Stocked) replenishment coverage in support of military depots. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. This will be solicited as Unrestricted. The solicitation shall be available in DIBBS on or about October 25th, 2021. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and any other factors as listed in the solicitation. All interested suppliers may submit an offer that meets the requirements of the solicitation. The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. Other than Full & Open Competition applies. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation applies) and Inspection at Origin is requested.
