The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4320-014174876 Hydro Pump. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two option years is anticipated. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of five years. Solicitation will be issued as “100% Small Business Set Aside.” NACIS Code 333914, business size 750. Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 15 procedures and Certified Cost & Pricing Data (CCPD) will be required at time of proposal. If more than one offer is received CCPD will not be required but more than ONE offer must be received. NSN is part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program and will be solicited as FOB Origin. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
