The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 24 spare parts in various Federal Supply Classes (FSC), with majority in FSC 5985, Antennas. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three year base period and two one year options is anticipated. Applicable NAICS is 334220 and Small Business Size Standard is 750. Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Scope: In addition to the NSNs specified in the solicitation, the scope of this contract includes all DoD managed items for which L3Harris Technologies (00752/82340) is the sole source or there are multiple sources, but all prior procurements of the NSN have been solely from L3Harris Technologies (00752/82340). Items within the scope may be added via bilateral modification in accordance with Procurement Note L27- Addition/Deletion of Items. The solicitation will be available on August 23, 2021, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
