This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock Replenishment coverage in support of military depots. The solicitation will be unrestricted, issued under FAR Part 15 procedures, and will utilize Other Than Full and Open Competition Procedures as prescribed by 10 U.S.C.2304(c) (1) and as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. These items will be procured in accordance with manufacturer’s code and part number and is available from only one or a limited number of sources. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (3 BASE YEARS plus 2 option years) and shall not exceed 5 years. Currently Section B will contain two (2) NSN Items managed by DLA Land and Maritime. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, proposed delivery, surge and sustainment, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Drawings/specifications will not be available through BSM DIBBS.
