DLA Land and Maritime proposes to enter into a Firm, Fixed Price, Long-Term Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), with Firm Fixed-PrIce options as the approach to adjust prices for future contract periods. This project is composed of 3 NIINS that support the U.S Army's Bradley Fighting Vehicle and the U.S. Air Force's F-15 and F-16 aircraft and are listed below: CLIN 0001; 014710637, FSC: 5930, NAICS: 336320 CLIN 0002: 001315224, FSC: 6105, NAICS: 335312 CLIN 0003: 001677504, FSC: 6105, NAICS: 335312 This contract will not exceed a total of five years, which include a three-year base period, and the potential for two, one-year options. Option renewals would be at the discretion of the Government. A potental for price escalations for base-years, two and three, as well as the option years are available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources and their suppliers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Approved source: Kearfott Corp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
