This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. The NSNs specified in Section B of this solicitation are Other Than Full and Open Competition. Section B includes 11 NSNs with 1 approved source, Designed Metal Connections, Inc. (14798). All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The total duration of the procurement shall not exceed 3 years. This proposed procurement includes an items within the Federal Supply Class/FSCs 4320, 4720, 4730, and 4820. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, surge and sustainment, small business participation and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
