This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime intends to increase the ceiling of contract SPE7MX21D0084, which is held by Kampi Components Co. Cage 7Z016. The current ceiling is 17,996,219.00 and the Government intends to increase it to $24,565,067.00. No RFP/solicitation will be issued to the public, as this adjustment will be made to the aforementioned existing contract. (7) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation in response to this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. Any responses shall be submitted by 01/04/2023. (8) In accordance with FAR 5.102(e), upon request within the specified response period listed herein, the Contracting Officer may provide copies of the solicitation to firms requesting it that were not originally solicited (i.e. not the above-referenced sole source) if the acquisition is intended to move forward.
