The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 581 NSNs in the Federal Stock Class (FSC) 5331, O-RINGs. An Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) with a three-year base period is anticipated. Applicable NAICS is 339991 and Small Business Size Standard is 500. Solicitation will be full and open competition after exclusion of sources (100% small business set aside for small business concerns). The solicitation will be available on November 11, 2020 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. The Government is using the policies contained in Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies. All 581 NSNs are subject to clause FAR 52.209-1- QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin with First Destination Transportation (FDT) is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery as described in the solicitation.
