PLEASE SEE AMENDMENT #0002 ON DIBBS FOR ADDITONAL CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED UNDER FAR SUBPART 13.5 UTILIZING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to issue solicitation #SPE7MX20RX036 under FAR Subpart 13.5 and will be utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will award a 13.5 Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The term of the contract is for 5-year base period (with no option years) or until the aggregate of the orders placed against the contract reaches the maximum dollar amount. The NSNs will be evaluated on an “All or None” basis per NSN, being awarded to the “best value” offeror for that line. The Government intends to place delivery orders under the awarded contract for DLA stock support only. This solicitation is an “Unrestricted” procurement that is being issued under Full and Open competition. The solicitation will be for the procurement of two (2) NSNs: 5930-00-709-1054; Switch, Push 5930-00-868-4223; Switch, Sensitive NSN 5930007091054; Switch, Push will be procured by drawings, in accordance with the Basic Drawing number 98897 695532 and all related data. NSN 5930008684223 will be procured in accordance with SPEC NR MIL-PRF-8805G(1) SUP 1. These drawings and SPECs will be found in the solicitation’s Product Item Description (PID). The RFQ will be available at the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the approximate issue date of 12 AUG 2020 or thereafter. NOTE: Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
