The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 5965015289290 (ADAPTER,MICROPHONE) and 5996015301894 (AMPLIFIER,AUDIO FRE). An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term solicitation will be for a three year base period with and two one-year option periods which will be extended in one year increments, at the discretion of the Government. The total duration not exceed five years. The solicitation will be available on Feb 28, 2020 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirement will be Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. The item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.

As a potential supplier of this item, we are asking that you fill out both the market research questionnaire to the best of your knowledge.
