An IDPO, Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a one year base period is anticipated. The total duration base years shall not exceed 1 year. NAICs 339991 applicable with Small Business Size Standard 500. Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition. The solicitation will be available on or about December 20, 2019 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be Origin. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government.
