The item is to be manufactured in accordance with SPEC NR MIL-DTL-83413/12A(1). An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term The solicitation will be for a three year base period with and two one-year option periods which will be extended in one year increments, at the discretion of the Government. The total duration not exceed five years. NAIC 334419 is applicable with Small Business Size Standard 750. This item will be solicited as full and open after exclusion of sources (100% small business set aside), as implemented by FAR 6.203 and approved technical data/drawings. Based on this information the item covered by this initiative will be procured under FAR Part 13.5. The item requires Government First Article testing (FAT) be performed for any source that is not waived. There are specific requirements within the drawing and the FAT that makes the item inherent o the Government.
