Thus, the Government intends to solicit and contract with providers of the approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Inspection / Acceptance: Destination This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedures should be followed. This solicitation is a multi?NSN Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on its issue date of October 5, 2020. However, if a company would like to provide information as to an item's commerciality with its proposal, that information will be reviewed, and may or may not lead to a determination that the item is commercial, and would be moved to a FAR Part 12 procurement.
