The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 2530-01-308-1390 separator parts kit, 4330-00-740-3158 fluid pressure parts kit, and 4330-00-767-3153 fluid pressure parts kit. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three year base period and 2 option years is anticipated. FOB origin is required; inspection/acceptance is at origin for NSN 2530-01-308-1390 and at destination for 4330-00-740-3158 & 4330-00-767-3153. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date on or about 6/12/2020. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside.. The small business size standard is 750 employees for NAICS code is 336390 (2530-01-308-1390), 500 employees for NAICS code 333999 (4330-00-740-3158 & 4330-00-767-3153). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Total duration shall not exceed five years. Based on market research the items are manufactured for military use only and are not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for these items. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice.
