NSN: Multiple Nomenclature: Multiple Destination Information: Various DLA Stocking Locations Unit of Issue: Each Delivery Schedule: Reference Solicitation The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15; Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDQ). The Government is pursuing an Indefinite Quantity Contract, for the duration of a three-year base and two separately priced one-year option periods. This requirement is for DLA stock support within the continental United States (CONUS). The solicitation will include three NSNs to be procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP - DLA Land and Maritime). Based upon Market Research, the government has determined the items below are not commercial. In addition, the solicitation will be Unrestrictive. Only offers from contractors that are on the Qualified Products List referenced in the Product Item Description (PID) will be considered. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about March 19, 2020. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation is April 20, 2020. Attached with this notice is the Product Item Description for the subject NSNs. All terms and conditions stated in the PID must be met. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 15.101 Best Value. The final award decision will be based on the offer that provides the best value meeting the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation. Offers must be submitted on a hard copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP), scanned, and emailed to the Contract Specialist at: Michael.Shirley@DLA.Mil or uploaded through DIBBS.
