Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155). Approved Source(s): The Raytheon Company - Multiple CAGE Codes The NSNs will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR Part 15 procedures. A base period of three years with one, three-year redetermination period (years 4-6) and one, four-year redetermination period (years 7-10). One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. Based on market research, the items listed in the attachment are non-commercial. Therefore, the Government will utilize the policies and procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15 for this solicitation. However, interested parties may identify, to the contracting officer, their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the issue date cited above. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties may submit an offer. Proposal submission instructions will be provided within the SF33 Request for Proposal (RFP). Offerors must complete the entire solicitation. A DRAFT soliciation/RFP is included herein. Questions regarding the DRAFT RFP should contact the contracting officer. Each NSN/item will be awarded per the All or None by NSN provision as described in the RFP.
