This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock Replenishment coverage in support of military depots. The solicitation will be unrestricted, issued under FAR Part 15 procedures, and will utilize Full and Open Competition Procedures under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (a) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.102. This item will be procured in accordance with the specs and standards of the Qualified Product List (QPL). Currently Section B will contain 1 NSN Item managed by DLA Land and Maritime. See table below: NSN, Item Description, QPL Spec# - See PIDS at solicitation time, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity NSN: 5330-01-392-2760 Item Description: GASKET QPL SPEC# M24696/1-010B Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (ADV): 1,239 The solicitation will be available on or about January 16, 2020 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, Past Performance, and Proposed Delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Drawings/specifications will not be available through BSM DIBBS. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 5330. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (3 BASE YEARS plus 2 option years) and shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract in accordance with the specs and standards of the Qualified Product List (QPL).
