NSNs & Item Description:See Spreadsheet Quantity Estimates (Yearly): See Spreadsheet Unit of Issue: See Spreadsheet Delivery Schedule: See Spreadsheet Please Note - The solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L27 - Addition and Deletion of Items to facilitate the addition of any future NSNs. NSNs that qualify per the contract's scope may be added to the contract. The Government will identify potential contract add-on candidates through its own identification procedures and will provide the final determination regarding NSNs that will be proposed for contract addition. Additionally, the solicitaiton will contain a Section B Spreadsheet that will include a tab containing a group of NSNs that are within scope, but are not being included in the solicitation as there is no current expected demand. These NSNs, as well as similar NSNs that are sole sourced to GDLS, may be added to the contract at a later date in accordance with the scope of the contract and DLAD procurement note L27. The NSNs on the above mentioned tab in the Section B spreadsheet will be included in the award, but identified only as items that may be added later by bilateral modification. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The solicitation will be available on DLA's Internet Bid Site (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/) on its issue date on or about January 27, 2020. The Small Business size standard is _1500__ employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The total duration of this action shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Please note, all of the approved sources listed may not be the approved sources for all of the project's NSNs. Approved source is: General Dynamics Land Systems. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
