An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract will have a three base year period and two 1 year options. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years. This IQC requirement is being solicited unrestricted using Full and Open Competition. The solicitation will be available on or April 08, 2020 at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP.
