NSN: Reference Attachment 1 NSN: Reference Attachment 1 Destination Information: Various DLA Stocking Locations Unit of Issue: Each Delivery Schedule: Reference Solicitation The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC)-Quantity for the procurement of National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in Attachment 1. The subject NSNs are determined to be commercial items. The Government is pursuing an Indefinite Delivery contract, for the duration of a three-year base and two separately priced one-year option periods. This requirement is for DLA stock support within the continental United States (CONUS). The solicitation will include NSNs to be procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP - DLA Land and Maritime). The estimated Annual Demand Quantities are stated in Attachment 1. The Inspection and Acceptance will be Destination. FOB is Origin. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete drawings. Certain NSNs require source approval. The only approved source is Motorola Solutions Incorporated (CAGE 78205). Only offers based upon approved part numbers from the approved source will be considered. The solicitation is issued under Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302. The AMC/AMSC codes for these items are 3C, 3D, 3R, and 3Z. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about August 11, 2020. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation is September 11, 2020. Attached with this notice is the Program Item Description for the subject NSNs. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The proposed requirement is solicited as an unrestricted acquisition. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. While pricing is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, other evaluation factors will be stated in the solicitation. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 15.101 Best Value Continuum. The final award decision will be based on a combination of price and stated evaluation factors. Offers must be submitted on a hard copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP), scanned, and emailed to the Acquisition Specialist at: Michael.Shirley@DLA.Mil or uploaded through DIBBS.
