This amendment SPE7MX19R01710001 is to re-open solicitation SPE7MX19R0171 on 1/9/2020, closing on 2/10/2020. Please contact Colleen Turner at Colleen Turner@dla.mil with any questions. Description This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. The NSNs specified in Section B of this solicitation are Other Than Full and Open Competition. Section B includes 3 NSNs with 3 approved sources. (3C0M7), PN A28AA-29C – Johnson Controls, Inc. dba Johnson (32242). 6105015687464, Motor, Alternating, 199 Annual Demand Qty, PN H012714 HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc. (0WJE1), PN 013T145 - Tekgard, Inc. (3C0M7). Additional NSN data: Unit of Issue is each, FOB is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The solicitation will be available on DLA's Internet Bid Board Site (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/) on or about 10/4/2019. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The total duration of the procurement shall not exceed 3 years. This proposed procurement includes an items within the Federal Supply Class/FSC 4310, 5930 and 6105. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR15, Contracting by Negotiation, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
