This requirement will be unrestricted with other than full & open competition. These items are not found to be commercial and will therefore be solicited using FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation. This solicitation is for a period up to five years. The five-year period is inclusive of one three-year base period and two separately priced one-year option periods. The maximum contract value will be $1,787,374.15.
