The solicited contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a 3-year base period and two 1-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period will be five years, if the two options are exercised. Annual price adjustments via an escalation factor for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.
