DLA Land and Maritime is seeking information regarding companies' capabilities to provide 6140-01-507-3448 on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or in any way provide implication or obligation that a solicitation/RFP be will released in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service for these requirements. Th... This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime intends to increase the ceiling of contract SPE7MX17D0100, which is held by SATAIR USA (63Y25). The current ceiling is $4,646,774.52 and the Government intends to increase it to $9,498,736.01. No RFP/solicitation will be issued to the public, as this adjustment will be made to the aforementioned existing contract. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. (1) National Stock Numbers (NSNs): 6140-01-507-3448 (2) Unit of issue: EACH (3) Delivery schedule: 20/135 DAYS; ADDITIONAL 20 EVERY 30 DAYS THEREAFTER (4) Duration of the contract period: 1 YEARS, 9 MONTHS remaining including options (5) The Government intends to solicit from only SATAIR USA. The anticipated award date is MARCH 11, 2021. (6) This proposed action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Justification and Approval (J&A) will be posted as required once the action is awarded. (7) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation in response to this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. Any responses shall be submitted by MARCH 10, 2021. (8) In accordance with FAR 5.102(e), upon request within the specified response period listed herein, the Contracting Officer may provide copies of the solicitation to firms requesting it that were not originally solicited (i.e. not the above-referenced sole source) if the acquisition is intended to move forward.
