This solicitation is being issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation is being issued under “Other than Full and Open,” per FAR 6. 302-1(a)(2). The statutory authority permitting this is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This solicitation will use Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 procedures- Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial items. The Solicitation will have a three-year base period with two one-year option periods to acquire the commercial supplies listed in the schedule. This solicitation is for a total up to five-years, Firm-Fixed-Price, Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (SIDC). The five-year period is inclusive of a three-year base period and two separately priced one-year option periods. The maximum contract value will be $1,141,519.74. Solicitation will be available on DIBBS on or about April 26, 2022, for 15 days. The required items being procured will be under Section B Schedule of Supplies of the solicitation.
