Item Name: PUMP UNIT, RECIPROCATING NSN: 4320-01-412-8596 ADQ: 16 EA Delivery Schedule: 120 Days NAICS Code: 333996, Business Size standard (number of employees) is 1,250 The scope of this acquisition is for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15; Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The Government is pursuing a Long-Term Contract (LTC), for the duration of a three-year base and two, one year, option periods which will be extended in one-year increments at the discretion of the Government for a potential total of 5 years, which will provide long term production planning for DLA Direct (stock) support. This will be solicited as Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition utilizing Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources IAW FAR 6.203. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance (I/A) will be at Origin. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on May 26, 2022. RESPONSE DATE: Offers/Responses will be due prior to the closing date and time specified in Block 9 on Page 1 of Standard Form 33 (Solicitation, Offer and Award). The proposal will be evaluated according to “Best Value” procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, Proposed Delivery and Surge.
