The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 34 NSNs. The FSCs of this requirement iare listed on the Attachment. An Indefinite Quantity Contract of a 3 year base period is anticipated. The total duration of the base period shall not exceed 5 years. This is other Than Full & Open Competition. The request for proposal (RFP) will be available on August 31, 2020 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. As of the date of this RFP, only the sources cited on the PID have been approved. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. Items will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 12. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
