Item Name: Valve Assembly, Burn. NSN: 4820-00-105-1057 ADQ: 294 each Delivery Schedule: 210 Days NAICS Code: 332999, Business Size standard (number of employees) is 750. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. §2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. The scope of this acquisition is for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15; Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The Government is pursuing a Long Term Contract (LTC), for the duration of a three-year base and two, one year, option periods which will be extended in one-year increments at the discretion of the Government for a potential total of 5 years, which will provide long term production planning for DLA Direct (stock) support. This will be solicited as Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition utilizing Other Than Full & Open Competition. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on June 25, 2020. Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. RESPONSE DATE: Offers/Responses will be due prior to the closing date and time specified in Block 9 on Page 1 of Standard Form 33 (Solicitation, Offer and Award). The proposal will be evaluated according to “Best Value” procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance and Proposed Delivery. All evaluation factors, other than price, when combined are equal to price. Procurement Item Description (PID) are included in the synopsis as an attachment. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
