Please complete the attached questionnaire if you are interested in providing this item to the Government under an LTC. The LTC will be awarded for a base period and option periods; the total term of the LTC generally will not exceed five years. All terms, conditions, and pricing are negotiated during the acquisition process and incorporated into the base contract when it is awarded. Items will be ordered by issuing delivery orders (DOs) against the LTC base contract. The base contract will contain a guaranteed minimum quantity and an unguaranteed maximum quantity that may be ordered over the life of the LTC. Minimum and maximum order quantities will be established for DOs. Your input is valuable; the Government will use it in preparing a solicitation that attempts to meet both vendor and Government requirements.
