The FSCs of this requirement are: 1005 and 1240. An Indefinite Quantity Contract of a 3 year base period with 2 one year option periods is anticipated. The total duration of the base period shall not exceed 5 years. This is other Than Full & Open Competition. Small Business Size Standard is 750 for NAICS 332999. The request for proposal (RFP) will be available on February 15, 2020 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government.
