The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime intends to increase the ceiling of contract SPE7MX-18-D-0043 which is held by GMS INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY, INC. DBA STORM TACTICAL INTERNATIONAL. CAGE 3G2C5. The current ceiling is $38,286,923.67 and the Government intends to increase it to $66,440,771.67. No RFP/solicitation will be issued to the public, as this adjustment will be made to the aforementioned existing contract. The Justification and Approval (J&A) will be posted as required once the action is awarded. (5) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation in response to this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. Any responses shall be submitted by April 15, 2020. (6) In accordance with FAR 5.102(e), upon request within the specified response period listed herein, the Contracting Officer may provide copies of the solicitation to firms requesting it that were not originally solicited (i.e. not the above-referenced sole source) if the acquisition is intended to move forward.
