This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract only for materiel from the approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This bag and marking item shall be placed individually inside a reusable container that has cushioning material inside it, to immobilize the product within the container. There should be NO movement or rattling sound if the container is shaken. It is a package design failure if product is not immobilized.
