Offers/Responses are due prior to the Closing Date and Time specified in BLOCK 10 of SF 18. The requirement for NSN 4720-01-254-0189 will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR Part 13 Simplified Procedures. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. A base period of 1 base year and two separate 1-year option years with a total duration not to exceed 3 years is anticipated. Deliveries are DLA Direct within 376 days of order. This solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. Item Description: HOSE ASSEMBLY, NONMETALLIC. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors identified in the solicitation.
