This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) The total quantity required is 2. Current approved manufacturer is Ward Leonard (20019) PN 01-0108. This solicitation opens on 4 June 2024 and closes 5 July 2024. The Government’s requested delivery time is 600 days. Inspection/acceptance destination and FOB requested is origin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
