This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) The total quantity required is 144 each with quantity breaks up to 288 each. All 144 each are to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. Current approved manufacturer is Teledyne Instruments (17476) PN 1535125-103. This solicitation opens on 16 April 2024 and closes 16 May 2024. The Government’s requested delivery time is 500 days. Inspection/acceptance destination and FOB requested is origin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
