This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The total quantity is 13 each with qty breaks of 2-4, 5-10 & 11-15 each included. All 13 each are to shipped to (W62G2T) Tracy, CA 95376. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Current approved manufacturer is Buffalo Pumps (83130) PN NA1643-PMPEND The Government's requested delivery time is 489 days ARO. Inspection/acceptance: destination and FOB: origin. While price may be a significant factor in evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based o a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The Government is not using the policies contatined in Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitatio for the described supplies or services.
