This is a Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide DLA Direct replenishment coverage. for NSN: 1650-01-601-1254.. The total duration will be one BASE YEAR not to exceed $2,000,000.00. Price breaks for 100 499, 500-1,499 and 1,500-2,499 each will be included. Acquisition of this part is controlled by qualified products list (QPL) procedures. Competition for this part is limited to sources which are listed on or are qualified for listing on the QPL at the time of award (see FAR Part 9 and DFARS Part 209). Currently PTI Technologies (05228) is an QPL approved source. The solicitation opens on 10/8/2021 and closes 11/8/2021. The government’s requested delivery time is 45 days. Inspection/acceptance destination and FOB requested is origin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: None. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
