This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) The total quantity required is 240 each, with price breaks of 76-150 and 151 -400 each. All 48 are to be shipped to (W62G2T) Tracy CA 95376-5000. The Small Business size standard is 1,250 employees. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns per FAR 52.219-27. Offers from other than SDVOSB will not be considered. Current approved manufacturer is Snowbird Technologies (0V5R4) PN ES71242512. This solicitation opens on 7 February 2020 and closes 9 March 2020. The Government’s requested delivery time is 250 days. Inspection/acceptance destination and FOB requested is origin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.
