DLA Land and Maritime is seeking sources capable of manufacturing a Control, Motor, Fan (NSN 6105-01-684-5495), currently procured under Carolina Power Systems of Sumter Inc. part number 215-406-010. Respondents should provide manufacturer locations (city/state or country) and points of contact to Brian Maxwell at brian.maxwell@dla.mil or (614) 693-0362. Companies wishing to become an Approved Source may submit an Alternate Offer/Source Approval Request (SAR) package through DLA Land and Maritime’s program. The SAR package must demonstrate that the prospective contractor can manufacture the item to the same quality or better than the OEM, and offers from non-approved sources require source approval prior to award. Required information must be provided, and any available drawings can be accessed with the solicitation once it is issued.
