Synopsis for SPE7M525R0018 The intent of this posting is to provide an advanced notice of the forthcoming solicitation. The NAICS Code is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 500. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5998, Electrical and Electronic Assemblies, Boards, Cards and Associated Hardware. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% total small business set aside and procured in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation. FOB point is Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery location: W1A8 DLA DIST San Joaquin, 25600 S Chrisman Rd., REC WHSE 57, Tracy, CA 95034-5000, USA. NSN 5998-01-4183257, Electronic Component. The material being procured is part number 1064-2, currently manufactured by CAGEs 21562, 3E2Y8, and 3BRY1. The requirement quantity is 17 each. The delivery time is 563 days. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The proposed solicitation number is SPE7M5-25-R-0018 and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp on or about Monday, 11 August 2025 Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to “best value” procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, and Delivery. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
