Quantity price breaks are requested from 80 to 280 units. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This item is solicited under Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.1. This is a Qualified Parts List (QPL) item that are required to be manufactured under the following specifications: IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-PRF-1/1569E NOT 1 REVISION NR E DTD 02/09/2021 PART PIECE NUMBER: 8168 IAW REFERENCE SPEC NR MIL-PRF-1N(1) SUP 1 NOT 1 REVISION NR N DTD 03/14/2022 PART PIECE NUMBER: 8168 The Government required delivery is 158 days, and the item will be shipped to the government stock location at new Cumberland, PA. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin (FDT applies). Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and small business participation factors. This solicitation is an RFP (Request For Proposal) and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date on or around 6/20/2025.
