IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-PRF-1N(1) SUP 1 NOT 1 REVISION NR N DTD 03/14/2022 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE SPEC NR MIL-PRF-1/889K NOT 1 REVISION NR K DTD 10/21/2019 PART PIECE NUMBER: 7203A The Government required delivery is incremental at 50 EA due in 180 days ARO, and 50 EA per month until lot completion. The item will be shipped to a DLA domestic stock location. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin (FDT applies). Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance factors.
