Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(c)(1). Approved sources are: Tyonek Fabrication Corp (1XPL6) P/N 2009005-01-001 TFAB Manufacturing (32SM9) P/N 2009005-01-001 Global Circuit Innovations (7DGP6) P/N GCVFD001 The Government required delivery will be phased delivery of 50 units 195 days ARO and 50 units every 30 days until lot completion. The item will be shipped to the DLA stock location at New Cumberland, PA. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin (FDT applies). Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and socioeconomic factors. This solicitation is an RFP (Request For Proposal) and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date on or around 12/9/2022.
