(80080) P/N L5627-51 Communications & Power Industries LLC (99313) P/N VTR-5730 Delivery is 4 per month beginning at 240 days ARO. Language will be included in the solicitation that reserves the right to consider offered delivery times that exceed the number of days required by the government. RD002, Covered Defense Information Applies therefore, a NIST SP 800-171 Assessment must be completed in SPRS. This item will be shipped to a government stock location at Hill AFB, UT. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. FDT Applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around 8/15/2022. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price might be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioeconomic factors. DLA LAND AND MARITIME IS ISSUING THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS AS A MEANS OF CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY PARTIES HAVING AN INTEREST IN AND THE RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: ITEM DESCRIPTION: Electron Tube A quantity of 25 each with price breaks up to 32 each may be required and shipped to a DLA stock location. NSN 5960-01-263-1622 is to be procured in accordance with approved sources: L3 Technologies, Inc. (80080) P/N L5627-51 Communications & Power Industries LLC (99313) P/N VTR-5730 Once the solicitation is issued, interested sources must submit the appropriate information outlined in Procurement Notes L04 and M06, Conditions for Evaluation of Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. DLA Land and Maritime does NOT have any/adequate technical data with which to procure these items and alternate offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation.
