Language will be included in the solicitation that reserves the right to consider offered delivery times that exceed the number of days required by the government. RD002, Covered Defense Information Applies therefore, a NIST SP 800-171 Assessment must be completed in SPRS. This item will be shipped to a government stock location in Cherry Point, NC. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. FDT Applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around 03/07/2022. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
