Price breaks are requested up to 50 units. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(c)(1). Approved source: Raytheon (05716) P/N 11479590 The Government required delivery is phased: the initial 4 units in 420 days (14 months) and 4 units per month until lot completion. The item will be shipped to the government stock location at Susquehanna, PA. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and socioeconomic factors.
